I have good spells and bad ones. Right now I'm sort of in between--need
to hit up the meds shortly so they will let me sleep tonight. I've had
the munchie to buffer them, now time for the pills.

We were in the low 60s today, not that I was that aware of it.

He's doing fine, got the stitches out on Monday. I'm improved but it
doesn't take much to come up from where I was. Still a long way to
healthy but I do some cooking. Steve usually does the clean up.
