OK, I saw it; not sure if I'll give it a try any time soon tho. I've got
a number of meals sort of planned, making enough so some can go into the
freezer.

So what do you put on a turkey sandwich? I know you don't like raw
tomatoes so you probably don't do the southern favorite, a tomato
sandwich. It's just bread, mayo and a big slice of tomato, salt
optional. Next best thing to a BLT.

I've made the pickle/bacon version in a tomato sauce a few times but
never with a carrot. Got to be the pickle and bacon; this time I was
heavy on the mustard too. Steve didn't pick out the bacon this time
either. (G)

I'll sub something else (soy milk?) for the evaporated; it's one more
thing I don't keep on the shelf. Other than that, it looks fairly
respectable.
