For you.  My list has the beer below both... but then even good beer
doesn't taste good to me.  But I'll readily agree that most will have
the powdered milk or koolaid pretty low on the taste list... ;)

I've not been quite so cynical as to attribute it to risk of being sued,
but always figured that people forget that the "average" doesn't fit
all.  That's sufficient to explain things...

Taking each case on its own merits does indeed take additional
patient-physician time... and for whatever reasons, that is often hard
to come by...  The doctor above-mentioned also happens to be one that
takes that time as a general practice... one of the reasons he's one of
my favorite doctors and I'd not give him up for anything.  But he does
get very frustrated when insurance-generated paperwork and busy-work
take extra time from his already stressed schedule, since it makes it
harder for him to be the doctor he wants to be.
