As I said, prepare to be surprised. May I amend my statement
to say that Anne is the truest and most comprehensive pepper
wuss you'd ever see,, and non-spicy Popeye's would probably
burn out her mouth the way a habanero would yours or mine.
There's enough black pepper, as I recall, to make an impression.

Pork Curry
cat: main, Indianish
Serves: 6 to 8

1 1/2 lb pork
3 md onions
2 in pc ginger
2 ts salt
1/2 ts garam masala
2 md tomatoes
2 Tb vinegar
2 Tb vindaloo paste (hot)
4 cloves garlic
1 md potato
2 c water

Clean, wash, trim and dry pork. Cut into 1" cubes.

Mix onions, ginger, tomatoes, salt, garam masala over low heat.

Add the vinegar and Vindaloo paste and cook for 2 min.

Add the pork and garlic and pressure cook for 20 min, or
in a heavy pot for 1 1/2 hr, until the pieces are tender.

Cube potatoes, add to pot with the water. Cook 30 min.
After 20 min, uncover to start evaporating liquid down
to desired consistency.
