Let's see 130/18=7.2. That's not too bad. Roslind has thrown away
all her medications and with good diet is running 5.8 to 6.4.

Fit, wealthy people face certain death

New research has revealed that people who undertake fitness routines
and who observe careful diets are at least as likely to die as
people who smoke, are obese, or both.

James Ward, professor of unsavoury predictions at the University of
Lancaster, headed up a research programme lasting 15 years and
costing taxpayers in excess of $22 million. The research team
unanimously arrived at the conclusion that it doesn't matter what
you do, you are going to die.

The research was sponsored by the Conservative party in response to
proletarian claims that poor people who are fat and who smoke are
more likely to die than wealthy people who are generally slimmer and
who eat properly. Professor Ward's team found that all that is
poppycock sponsored by left-wing political activists.

      Title: White Rum Sour - Caipirinha

      Yield: 4 Servings
 
      2    Limes
     16    Ice cubes
      4 tb Sugar- castor
    300 ml Cachaca
 
  The most famous of traditional Brazilian cocktails, this is drunk
  before a meal to give you a kick-start. The ice is cooling, the
  freshness if the lime arouses the appetite and the concentration
  if alcohol animates conversation. Caipirinha actually translates
  as yokel or country bumpkin, perhaps indicating the rough and
  ready way the limes are coarsely chopped into the drink. There are
  literally hundreds if brands if cachaca, the national spirit, a
  white rum made from cane sugar, the best very good indeed. Modern
  twists are caipirosca with vodka instead if cachaca, and
  caipirissima, made with Bacardi rum.
  
  1 With a sharp knife cut the limes into quarters and remove the coarse
  central membranes. Slice the lime quarters into small, even chunks.
  
  2 Put the ice cubes into a plastic bag, place on a chopping board and
  reduce them to splinters. using a rolling pin or similar.
  
  3 Combine the limes and sugar in mortar (skilful barmen do all this in
  individual glasses in front of you), pounding them together. Add the
  cachaca and crushed ice and shake well, preferably in a cocktail
  shaker or in a jug with the top covered. Don't use a blender - the
  pieces of lime must remain whole.
  
  4 Serve in glasses you have chilled in the freezer.
