Kind of hard to do from some 600 miles away. We can make suggestions but
they're not always looked on with favor.

Some labels are read easier than others. They've both had cataract
surgery so their eyes are actually pretty good. Most of their major
shopping tho is done at the end of a day of doctor's appointments and
other shopping so it's grab and go home.

Still, I would like them to eat better.

I know, but she would feel so much better could get that part of her
health under better control. She would probably have more energy than
she does now  and her arthritis might improve somewhat as well.
