To some extent, yes. We found the house we're currently renting via
Craig's List.

I was tempted to toss a typewriter at times but never did. I think we
still had one in HI but I don't think it went to GA when we moved. I
know it's not here in NC.

I've not seen any (in real life) that big, just the small ones we'd find
every so often. Then they were in the puff ball stage, not good for
eating.

Not the first, nor the last time something like that would have
happened.

I've no idea of the ages, employment, etc of those that took it. Could
be that at least one had been employed by the orchestra (but no longer
so) and knew of the instrument. Dumb enough to think that he could get
away with stealing it tho.
