I don't think I ever added seasoning without tasting... probably wasn't
available on the table growing up, and then I was cooking my own meals,
so knew what they tasted like already (and we haven't had salt on the
table for most of our marriage)... eating out, I'd always taste first,
since one didn't know what to expect...

With the competition style, you'd probably have a sign saying, caution,
may be hot... ;)  And little need to have heat on the side, except for

Yes, this one likewise has various kinds of stuffings in various kinds
of olives, to add to the assortment of plain olives... nuts, feta, blue
cheese, garlic, to name a few...  ;)
