I dislike cutesy punnish names, cutesy punnish menus and cutesy
anthropomorphic animal mascots on general principles and am lukewarm
on chains and sports bars but ...

I do like big burgers, good burgers and sensibly priced burgers, so
I am torn.

According to Wikipedia the first one was in a real garage and did
sell steaks primarily. The chain has but one Canadian branch and as
it is in Toronto I doubt if I will dine in one anytime soon.

I do like the fact that the menu has a SHU number attached to each of its
many hot wings, so I can avoid the 2 stupid hot varieties, as many
of them have hot sounding names.

One bar here I sometimes go to after work has a dozen kinds of wings
and on Wed, the happy hour special is a dozen wings (wee six wings,
a dozen pieces actually) for $3. Roslind and I can go with another
couple and order 4 dozen: some combination of 2 dry, 2 saucy, 2 hot,
2 mild and end up pretty full.  Unfortunately the beers are $7.50
and other menu items are severely overpriced so it's not a cheap
evening unless one sticks to the wings and just a couple beers.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Chicken Jalapeno Spread
 Categories: Appetizers, Chicken, Casseroles, Spreads
      Yield: 6 Servings

      2    Chicken breast halves;
    Skinless, boneless
      1 TB olive oil
      8 oz Cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c  mayonnaise
    1/4 c  milk
    1/4 c  minced red bell pepper
      2 TB minced jalapeno pepper
      1 TB lemon juice
    3/4 ts salt
    3/4 ts Tabasco pepper sauce

  Finely chop chicken breast halves. In 12-inch skillet, over
  medium-high heat, in hot oil, cook chicken until tender and golden
  on all sides, stirring frequently. In medium bowl, stir cream
  cheese, mayonnaise, milk, red pepper, jalapeno pepper, lemon
  juice, salt, Tabasco sauce and cooked chicken until well blended.

  Preheat oven to 375 F. Spoon chicken mixture into heat-safe crock
  or small casserole. Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is hot and
  bubbly. Serve with crisp crackers or pita triangles.

  Makes about 3 cups.
