Should have figured you would be up on such things. (G) Still, never
hurts to corroborate. Sometimes the most obvious things to do are the
ones that get overlooked in dealing with the minutia.

Good to hear discussions are in the works. Most of ours are done thru
e-mail since we're so scattered. I guess the last all of us siblings
together time was back in 2000 for our folk's 50th anniversary; one
sister didn't make it for the 60th in 2010. Some one on one phone
discussions have taken place, same with in person meetings but we're all
talking to each other.

They do know we both cook. Also, the taste is just different enough that
it piques interest. I tried it at home first--Steve usually doesn't like
mayo/mustard dressing based potato salads but does like this one.

Steve's favorite cold one is from a Penn. Dutch cook book with a
sweet/sour cooked dressing. I like the above one as I can adjust
dressing amounts easier, depending on how many potatoes and/or eggs I
have. It's a different taste than the Penn. Dutch one, also different
from the hot German style potato salad I make.

Basically, yes and there were enough other things in the dish to mask
the fact that the alfredo sauce wasn't quite right. But, I will get the
sauce mastered, eventually.
