Yup, I know... (G)   So at least that does give you a good sense of
where... if one takes the right roads, it's about half an hour from
either Canton or Potsdam...

Good deal.  :)   How much difference is there between duck and chicken
eggs...?  I know there is some variance even among different sorts of
chicken eggs...

Yeah...  I think that it IS like most of the hype for and against
stuff... sometimes people take an isolated factoid, and then run with it
to proclaim something as totally bad for you or the best thing in the
world for [whatever]...  The yolk is where the higher concentration of
cholesterol is, but that didn't really mean that it was bad for you even
so... now they've found more good there and in the egg as a whole, and
the story changes...  As to coffee, and apples (and whole grain wheat,
and milk products, etc for you and others...), I look at the hype of how
those are wonder foods, can cure all sorts of things, and all I can say
is, yeah, much good that does ME...  (G)

I'll say...!   :)   One of the milestones...  :)

Knowing how it acts and reacts makes a big difference on the outcome...

You've done the research already, so now she has less of an excuse not
to check out the given options... as long as they are available in her
area...  ;)   You could send her a "care package" of samples to try,
maybe...  :)  If she found out that it made her feel a LOT better, she'd
be more motivated to give it a more thorough try...

Sometimes it is just a subtle change, like the side of the package where
the ingredients list is looks just a smidge different (the list takes a
slightly different amount of the space... [g])...  Dunno...  Having the
box trumpet "NEW!!  Improved!", when they've added something one can't
have, or exchanged a good one for a bad one, somehow doesn't make me all
that excited...  (G)
