Well, yeah. My method of training has the trainee performing the job under
supervision rather than observing someone else performing the job. I feel that
they learn more quickly that way.

Well, today's "millennials" have been trained/marketed into expecting instant
gratification. Boy, are they in for some severe disappointments later in life.

I'd like to see the anti-trust people bust that deal into smithereens. Talk
about an 800 lb. gorilla.

Inertia dictates that won't happen. Then I'd have to change my address on *all*
of my subscriptions. And all of the people with whom I exchange e-mails would
have to update their address books, etc. Bad enough that some people (including
a couple of people on this group) seem to want to use my SPAM-catcher address
on GMail rather than my personal (dirty_dave) address - which I check far more
often than either the GMail or Yahoo accounts.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Poached Prawns w/Chipotle Mayonnaise
 Categories: Seafood, Sauces, Chilies, Citrus
      Yield: 2 servings

      1 lb Freshwater prawns or use
           - shrimp if you must
           Boiling water

MMMMM--------------------CHIPOTLE MAYONNAISE------------------------
      1 c  Mayonnaise
      1 tb Chipotles in adobo; minced
      1 tb Adobo sauce from can
      1 tb Fresh squeezed lime juice
           Coarse salt 

  Stir together mayonnaise, minced canned chipotles in
  adobo sauce, adobo sauce, and fresh lime juice. Season
  with coarse salt. Set aside. Makes 1 cup

  Poach the prawns in boiling water for three to four
  minutes, until they turn pink, then dump them in a bowl
  of ice water to halt the cooking process.
