Sadly, that's often the case...  unless the interest in the business is
there, it's less likely that the knowledge needed will be acquired. 
Hiring competent management (and letting them do their job) can make up
for that to some extent, but not necessarily all...

I tend to do best with heavier meals in the middle of the day, and less
at night, but it somewhat depends on how late one is likely to be up at
night, too, whether a later meal will have time to digest...  :)

That is on the late side...  sounds good, though...  :)

(snicker)  Sounds like life to me...  (G)   Some days there's time to do
substantial cooking, other days it's right nice to have some quick-fix
options on hand...  :)
