I run a route for groceries - after parsing the weekly adverts - and when I 
make my loop I pick up the bargains from each stop along with any shiny bait 
items that have caught my magpie eyes.  Bv)=  And if I miss anything there is 
a Sav-A-Lot right across the street which is a semi-warehouse store with 
excellent prices. I scored a 10# bag of chicken leg quarters there for 49c/lb.

I don't get all that fussed about Trader Joe's. But, jeez, I'd like to have a 
Whole Foods nearer than 60 miles.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Pan-Fried Red Mullet
 Categories: Five, Seafood, Citrus
      Yield: 4 servings

      4    Red mullet; gutted, scaled,
           - trimmed, heads removed
           Salt & pepper
           Cornmeal for coating
           Grape-seed oil for frying
           Lemon juice to finish

  Season the fish with salt and pepper, then coat it on both
  sides with cornmeal. Shake off the excess. Set a nonstick
  frying pan or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and
  add a small amount of grape-seed oil (use just enough oil
  to coat the bottom of the pan).

  Put the prepared fish into the hot oil, presentation side
  (the side that will be uppermost when serving) down.
  Pan-fry until the fish is golden brown on the presentation
  side, about 2 minutes.

  Turn the fish using tongs and cook until the other side is
  golden brown. To test for doneness, insert a thin-bladed
  knife into the center of the fish, then touch the tip of
  the knife to your thumb. If the knife is warm, the fish is
  ready. Drain briefly on paper towels.

  Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice.
