That's what I have heard called a "Snickers Bar" phone. Never had one. But, it
ought to be OK so long as you remember to give it those two key presses before
putting it in a pocket or satchel.

There are some spots like that here in the Great American Outback. Around
Beardstown (where Georgia lives) is a major example. One of the "movers and
shakers" bought cell phone rights at the FCC auction then set his price so high
that only a couple of cell providers would meet it - he'd have been better off
in a financial sense had he been reasonable and received several income
streams.

DD> A couple things I have learned - thinly sliced onion, rinsed well,

DD> quarters will work in this recipe (as written). And, if the potatoes'
DD> cooking time worries - nuke them in the Pyrex baking dish for a couple
 DD> minutes to "par-cook" them.

NB> I'll print it off, and bring with... maybe with some help this mostly
NB> Eat might manage it... ;) Or someone else might be inspired to do
 NB> it... :)

Even without help - it's a pretty simple recipe and right tasty.

DD> I made this at my brother's house and my SIL threatened me with
DD> grievous bodily harm if I did not part with the recipe. Bv)= I

NB> Sounds like, to me... ;)

Better than have her trying to hit a home run off my knee caps. Bv)=

           - heat

Spray a rectangular baking dish with vegetable cooking
  spray.

To prevent tortillas from cracking during assembly, heat
  tortillas in microwave until soft.

Lay tortillas on flat surface and spread each tortilla
with 1 heaping tablespoon chili, next, sprinkle each with
1-tablespoon cheese and 1 heaping teaspoon onion. Place
one hot dog in center of each tortilla.

Tightly roll up tortillas. Place, with seam side down, in
the prepared baking dish. Spread salsa evenly over the
tortillas, making sure all surfaces are covered. Sprinkle
  remaining cheese evenly atop mixture.

Bake in a preheated 350øF/175øC oven until cheese is
melted and mixture is bubbly, about 25 minutes.
