Probably not, they're going to be travelling in the same time frame we
are, plus the kid has other activities scheduled for over the summer.
School starts again in August; IOW, not too much time for button sewing
unless on a sporadic basis.

I'd still get a home inspector before buying anything, no matter how
sturdy the place looks. Most mortgage companies want one to be done
these days before they'll OK a mortgage, also.

Seems that way. Had supper tonight at Cracker Barrel with our friends;
did a fair amount of catching up but still a lot of gaps to fill in.
