I usually do it with clearance racks and coupons.  I'm generally spending 
less than $5/week on that stuff all told.

Good idea. I clip a lot of internet coupons too; they often have the best 
payouts.  Newspaper - dollar off two. Internet - 75 cents off one, and it 
doubles.  One guess which one I use.
