The only times I have ever been in a vehicle that had built-in blue tooth
capability it has been a rental for work or a loaner from my dealer - in either
case, not paired with my phone, thus not tried/used.

I loaned my sister-in-law a blue tooth to use when she was road tripping
between here and the Ozarks to help with her sister who was dying of pancreatic
cancer. She returned it after two weeks with the explanation that her sister's
husband had given her a sun-visor mounted blue tooth which she liked better
than having one screwed into her ear.

They are currently prating about that in my state. Might as well outlaw talking
to passengers in the vehicle while they are at it. Or seal the driver into his
own little compartment like an old London taxicab.

I get a bit upset, being on the road a lot, when I am following someone who
seems to have to turn and look at the person in their car when they speak to
them. At 60 MPH a lot can happen in that brief period the eyes are off the task
at hand. So, I back off and give them plenty of room. And zoom past at the
first opportunity. Then there are the hand wavers. Some of those remind me of
the old "joke" - "His hands were tied so he had a lot of trouble talking."

 SH> Here's something to help you use up some of the supply of eggs.

 SH> MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04

 SH>       Title: Vegetable Frittata
 SH> Categories: Diabetic, Cheese/eggs, Vegetables, Main dish
 SH>       Yield: 8 servings

 SH>     1/3 c  Onion; chopped
 SH>     2/3 c  Green pepper; chopped
 SH>       1 tb Butter;
 SH>       4 tb Olive oil;
 SH>   1 1/2 c  Scrubbed, chopped zucchini;
 SH>       2 cl Garlic; minced
 SH>     1/2 ts Salt;
 SH>     1/4 c  Tomatoe; peel seed
 SH>            -chopped
 SH> 6 lg Eggs, beaten (egg substitute
 SH>            -if you please)

It takes it from the realm of "Vegetable Frittata" but the addition of some
cubes of ham, or bacon (real) bits, or some nice Italian (hot or mild) sausage
would really get this guy going. Bv)=

I do vegetable things as a meal very seldom - usually a big bowl of rabbit food
and some dressing or steamed broccoli/cauliflower with some grated hard cheese
and S&P.

Thinking back - I posted this recipe some time ago and it started me thinking.
So, I made it to give it a shot - and have made it a couple of times since.
Once at a chilli cook-off where I had no oven and used a judiciously applied
propane torch to perform the function of the broiler. I dunno what the cheese
and bit of dairy would do to your lactose problem - but, it's good.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Chile Relleno Frittata
 Categories: Cheese, Chilies, Eggs
      Yield: 2 Servings

      5    Poblano peppers
      1 tb Olive oil
      8 oz Pepper Jack cheese; shredded
      2 tb Milk
      3 lg Eggs
           Salt & pepper

  Wash the peppers - removing the seeds and white pith. Cut
  into quarters.

  Heat the olive oil in an OVEN-PROOF skillet over medium
  high heat. Saute the peppers until they are tender. Reduce
  heat to medium.

  In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and salt and
  pepper. Pour this mixture over the peppers in the skillet.

  Pre-heat the oven to broil.

  Once the eggs are nearly set, sprinkle the grated cheese
  evenly over the frittata.

  Transfer the skillet to the oven and broil until the eggs
  are completely set and cheese is golden brown.

  Allow frittata to cool 5 or 10 minutes before slicing and
  serving.

  Pepper Jack is great because it adds some kick. After the
  Poblano peppers cook they sweeten-up and loose their fire.

  I also like a teaspoon of good spicy salsa over my
  portion.

  Mr Breakfast would like to thank Bennett for this recipe.
