We've been to places that have had them--and heard them in action.

I'm down several sizes since I was diagnosed in June of 2012. Watching
the carbs almost to the point of obsession the first year or so, then
allowing only a bit more leeway the second, a bit more now has let me do
it. I weigh less than my sister who was always considered the skinny one
in the family.

What about the shirts with the big ruffles? (G) Seriously, I've given
away a lot of clothes, taken some in and bought more in small sizes. I'm
not to the point of drying up and blowing away in a gust of wind but I'm
glad I can tailor too big clothes into ones that fit me.
