I'd've said keeping a diary CAN work on multiple levels...

In my case, I was aware of the candy I was eating (after all, I was a
Tupperware dealer at the time, and had lots of it around for "display"
purposes, it being around the holiday season)... quick energy, but not
really a good choice...  Same went for most of the other stuff on the
list...  Actually, my best guess was that the weight loss concurrent
with the diary was merely a coincidence, since I really didn't change
anything I was eating or the amounts, just wrote them down...  But I had
hoped that the doctor might have at least looked at the diary...

Such a shame...  My son has bought into it, too...  At least apparently
this venue does the trimming as part of the final prep, though... so you
might be still able to get your pork chops with their proper fat edge...
once your choppers can handle them again...  :)

Looks pretty good...  And your version would certainly be easy enough to
chow down on even now...  :)

Now there's a name I haven't seen for quite a while... used to message
with Dan a lot in times past...  :)   Wonder if he's still around any
more...?
