 RH> Today was Phase 1 of making cucumber relish. I chopped the cukes,

Had to get the peppers from the stor, got them at Aldi's as we were
there & I didn't want to truck to other markets. Sigh! Anyway, I got 3
pint jars and a taster of the relish.

I did, not quite as much this week because we still had a fair amount on
hand from last week. I'm going to use onion, bell pepper and green beans
as part of supper.

I can understand. Our market is Saturday morning from 8 to noon except
in December thru March. The hours are 10-12 then, fewer food available
but the craft vendors are always there. When we first moved here, the
winter market was only once a month, then they moved to twice a month
before going full time. The market is very convenient for us, about a 5
minute walk away.
