I most often wear glasses, up to 20 hours a day. Lasik, that
row has been hoed, too - It might correct one of several
problems but leave the others just as annoying and expensive.

 If you get to 65 and

That is actually a bit of a hope, and actually, I have
the beginnings of them - but I understand that it will
be some time before they become "ripe" for treatment.

Else why treat them?

I've heard those kinds of things work pretty well, as well
as do the vertical roasters and the beer cans.

                       Sesame-herb chicken breasts

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
   2      large         Chicken breasts -- split
     1/4  cup           Butter -- melted (1/2 stick)
   2      tablespoons   Parmesan cheese -- grated
     1/2  teaspoon      Salt
     1/8  teaspoon      Pepper
     1/8  teaspoon      Thyme leaves -- crumbled
   2      tablespoons   Sesame seeds

Rinse and dry chicken breasts.  Combine melted butter, Parmesan cheese,
salt, pepper and thyme.  Dip each breast in butter mixture, place skin side
up in aluminum foil pan. Cover securely with aluminum foil. Place under
broiler about 4 inches from heat for about 15 min. Turn chicken, cover
with foil and cook 10 min on other side.
Add sesame seeds to remaining butter mixture. Remove foil and spread a
spoonful of sesame seed mixture on top of each breast.
Return to broiler for 3 to 5 min or until sesame seeds are browned.
Serve with pan juices.
