One handy thing I have used a couple of times already is setting up a
portable hotspot or tethering my phone to the netbook to get Internet
access. With our former T-Mobile plan, high speed data was capped at 3
GB with unlimited low-speed access after that. The AT&T plan we are now
on just has a shared 10 GB cap. Even with the hotspot/tethering, I have
not come anywhere near hitting even the smaller cap I used to have with
Verizon (2 Gb) Currently, with 13 days left, I have only used 651.24 MB,
and that was using navigation during the trip and hotspot for a friend
to go online and order a new laptop.

I don't stream a lot of media with the phone. I also have it set up to
use my Wireless network when we are at home or at locations where we
have family/friends and can get a signal.

Here's another variant on the spicy feta dip:

     2  c Feta
     1  c Sun dried tomatoes, finely chopped
     1  c Roasted and peeled red bell peppers, finely chopped
     2 tb Red pepper flakes
   1/2  t Black pepper, fresh ground
     3 tb Extra virgin olive oil
          Pita or pita chips - for serving


  MAKING

  1. In a large bowl, finely crumble the feta, add the rest of the
  ingredients and combine well. It is best to mix this at least 2 hours
  before serving so that the flavors come out.

  2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1
  week.


  SERVING

  3. Serve with pita chips or even in a sandwich instead of regular
  mayonnaise, goes great with chicken.

   This is a spicy twist on the much loved cheese spread. This feta
  cheese spread goes great on a sandwich or as an appetizer with chips
  or crackers. It's easy to make and can be made in advance. Add sumac
  to kind of give it that tangy zing!
