Yes, the yolks are very good in duck eggs noticeably (to me at least). Creamier
maybe?  I guess that makes sense as well given we know how much more fat is on
a duck than on a chicken.  Hopefully we'll be able to get more before the
picnic :)  I've cleaned out that last dozen we got (g).

She can't even take apple cider vinegar.. that would drive me nuts (no german

Yes, you always see grape juice and pear juice listed in many juices.

Bananas are safe for her so that's something (g).  She isn't supposed to eat
any berries, sadly enough.. Cherries are ok :) None of the above bother me
either..

Yep.. His allergies were the worst I'd heard of when I was growing up, until I
had my daughter.. she got the worst of it. :(

==Macedonia Fruit Salad==
Ingredients
about 2 lb of any seasonal fruit available: berries, peaches, cherries,
apricots, kiwi's, tangerines, stawberries. 4-6 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
juice of one lemon
1 banana, peeled and sliced

Wash, core, and dice or slice the fruit. Layer the fruit of different types and
sprinkle each layer with confectioner's sugar.  Sprinkle with lemon juice then
combine everything together well, and place the bowl in the refrigerator,
covered, for about 1 hour. Serve in single serving bowls.
