Dunno how I got the idea that Chowda was in Canadia. Perhaps because it's the
sort of a board that a Newfy would run. In any event even Rhode Island is
further off for me than Canada (Windsor, ON anyway).

Everything seems to work currently - although Sean is promising to "re-set the
doors" - whatever that means. As long as Scrabble is available I'll be happy.

I was likely one of the first in Cooking to use and advocate for Doc's - been
there quite a while. Heck my name is near the top of his contributors list -
even if he thinks I am in Springfield, OH and not IL. Last time I PayPal sent a
donation I asked that he correct the list and was promised that would happen --
sometime in the future apparently.   Bv)=
 
MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Kolokytholouloutha Yemista *
 Categories: Squash, Herbs, Appetisers, Rice
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
     18 lg Zucchini blossoms
      1 c  Long-grain white rice
      3 tb Fresh parsley; minced
      3 tb Fresh mint; fine chopped
      1 sm Onion; fine chopped
    1/3 c  Olive oil
      1 lg Ripe tomato; peeled, seeded
           - coarsely chopped
           Salt & black pepper
    3/4 c  Warm water
 
  * Stuffed Zucchini Blossoms
  
  Wash the zucchini blossoms gently and drain them. In a small
  bowl, combine the rice, parsley, mint, and onion. Add the
  oil, tomato, and salt and pepper and mix well. Using a small
  teaspoon, stuff the blossoms with the rice mixture. Arrange
  them one next to the other in a shallow saucepan, add warm
  water, and cover. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat
  until the rice is cooked, about 30 minutes.
  
  Serve warm.
