But of course... ;)  Some fruit juice blends do use beet juice, or other
veggie juices, not just the V8 types, though... sometimes, they say it
is for color...  :)

I'll keep that in mind...  A not-too-hugeish bag might work then, if I
can find such a thing... I know I haven't seen it in the 1-lb bags I get
my brown rice in...  Or, I suppose I might be able to keep an airtight
canister in the downstairs freezer, and send Richard down to get me
smaller quantities as called for...  :)
