Hindsight's always so much better...  ;)  Pickled okra sounds pretty
good...  :)  But then, I like okra, even when it's the proverbial slimy
veggie...  (G)

Is the state market in Raleigh, then...?  Our public market provides a
similar venue for local Rochester chefs... but usually didn't sell out
too quickly... it's just way too packed with people on Saturdays,
though, to make it fun anymore...  

When I go out to my sister's (or the vicinity), I pass by a farm
market... I've stopped there at least once, and got some nice stuff...
but it's kinda far for regular, and often when I'm passing by I couldn't
really take the time to stop... there's another one right on my path for
something else (a once a month dealie usually), again decent produce,
but also again, not always convenient to stop in...  I don't like to get
fresh produce at the beginning of a long time out doing things...
