I don't try to over-analyse these things. I just enjoy.

I have no idea. The recipe was selected for its tuna-ness and not for its
goalie-ness.

I was the varsity ice hockey goalie (and sometime defence man) on my high
school team. Lost NO teeth to that experience. But, finished up last week with
Dr. Looker pulling the remained of my fangs. I want things to heal up quickly
so I can get the china clippers installed. I am jonesing for some Popeyes spicy
chicken - and that's not something one can gum with any measure of success or
enjoyment.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Popeyes Red Beans and Rice
 Categories: Five, Rice, Beans, Chilies
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
      1 c  Uncle Ben's long grain rice
           - cooked
      2 cn Red chilli beans in chilli
           - gravy
      1 ts Chilli spice
    1/4 ts Cumin
           Dash garlic salt
 
  In saucepan heat beans without letting it boil and
  stir in chilli powder, cumin and garlic salt. When
  piping hot, spoon chilli mixture into 6 small dishes,
  adding a few tb of hot, cooked rice to each serving.
  Season with Chilli Seasoning Mix, if desired.
