I sort of got lazy there, didn't I? Or couldn't see the forest for the trees.

Well, yeah. I am much more concerned with sugar than with water. I'm probably
not supposed to be eating strawberries at all after a bout of diverticulitis.
Or so they told me, after telling me it wasn't really appendicitis (the
original diagnosis). I still sneak some strawberry jam once in a while, though.

I have learned moderation in my eating habits. Diabetes will force one to do

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Raspberry Rascal
 Categories: Five, Fruits, Beverages
      Yield: 4 Servings

      1 c  Raspberries
      1 c  Fresh Pineapple
      2 c  Cold water
           Honey

  Whirl raspberries and pineapple in blender. Add water
  and honey to taste. Whirl again. Strain. Garnish with
  small piece of pineapple.

  MAKES: 4 Servings
