I know, I mentioned it to get your reaction. (G) Rice does work, but
nothing like a bowl of grits underneath the shrimp, IMO.

He needs a food Nazi now, to scare the stuffing from eating wrong for
all these years out of him. Then the dietician can take over and show
him the right way to eat, even if he isn't much of a cook. I doubt he'll
turn into one at this stage of the game but he may improve his diet a
bit.

My last A1C (on June 2) was 5.1, doctor is more than pleased with it.
OTOH, the BP is still a bit high but part of that is sue to other meds
I'm on.

I'm pretty much holding my own, don't want to lose too much more. I'm
getting to the point where I don't have too much more to lose before
starting to hit the skin and bones classification.
