Maybe, but not many. I'll probably bring a jar in next time we cook for
Life Group.

We had several inches of rain over Friday and Saturday. For the year,
we're almost 10" above the average for this point in the year. Good for
the crops, to a certain extent, but hard harvesting when it's so wet.

Could be. Also makes for good timing for the "just got off work, now
what will I make for supper?" folks. Start with some fresh veggies, put
some meat on the grill and have a quick & easy meal.

Lots of talk again about safety of of racers, spectators, etc. I can see
the need for improvement but don't know if it's going to become a
reality or not.

Talked to the one vendor yesterday--she said to take the stem off patty
pans, split them in half along the equator, hollow out a small cavity.
Fill it with a mix of bread crumbs, egg, seasonings, cheese (whatever
strikes your fancy), put it in a pan with a bit of water and bake until
tender. I'm going to give it a try this week.
