I think that in the interests of not encountering urushiol, we'll skip
making cashew milk. Apparently, even roasted cashews can contain traces
of urushiol and can trigger a severe reaction in those sensitive to
poison ivy.

By the way, I have been communicating with the programmers of Gourmet
about the MealMaster (lack of) compatibility. I sent the specifications
for formatting a recipe for MealMaster import. I think that we may see a
version of Gourmet that will do a proper MealMaster formatted export
which will then properly import into MealMaster. Another fix should be
that the file is exported with CR/LF for line endings instead of just LF
when it is run in DOSBox in Linux. Right now, I have to manually open
the file and then resave it to convert LF to CR/LF line endings.

Explanation:

LF=Line Feed
CR/LF=Carriage Return/Line Feed

Unix/Linux traditionally uses just LF for line endings. DOS/Windows
traditionally uses CR/LF for line endings.

Here's an example recipe exported from Gourmet:

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm)

   Title: Almond Crunch Granola
Categories: American, Breakfast
Cooktime: 25 minutes          <----This line causes problems
Preparation Time: 15 minutes  <----This line is interpreted as the start
                                   of directions
 1 2/3  c oat flakes and wheat flakes, mixed <----These get placed in
     1  c almonds, coarsly chopped                the directions instead

  Mix all the ingredients together. Spread thinly on a cookie sheet.
  Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 325F to 350F, or until lightly browned.

  Variation:  Add other nuts and seeds, such as sesame seeds, chestnuts,
  cashews, pecans, or walnuts. Use honey in the place of maple syrup.


  My variation: Use 7 grain cereal mix. Use 2/3 almonds and 1/3 walnuts.
  Use 1/2 maple syrup and 1/2 honey. I also added wheat germ, replacing
  part of the 7 grain cereal.   Original recipe called for corn germ
  oil.

Yield is required on the line below "Categories." Since it is not there,
"Cooktime is interpreted by MealMaster as the yield, making the yield
for this recipe 25. I suggested moving the Cooktime and Preparation Time
fields to below the directions in the exported file since there, they
will be like a Gourmet note. Yield, which was not being included will be
when this is fixed.

How long that will be is something I don't know.
