At this point we're not sure. Depends on how the job search goes. We
could use up the meat relatively fast if he finds something but had a
bit of a time lag before moving.

Between the bargain area and good sales otherwise, we've gotten a good
bit. A couple of weeks ago they had a "Fill the bag, 25% off all that
fits in" sale. We got the ground beef for the Life Group meal, some cold
cuts and a couple of roasts. Could have put more in but decided to hold
off.

Most of the time I do a written grocery list. Since we used to do the
big shopping once a month, it got quite lengthy. I do food items on the
left side; non food like paper towels, vitamins, cleaners, etc on the
right. At times I've also indicated if I have a coupon for an item on
the list but since I don't have as many coupons any more (none from the
commissary, used to get a lot to use only there), I've stopped doing
that.

I can understand; it's harder to just run out for a can of this, a
carton of that while camping. (G)

No, I never was that big.

Just as a memory jogger--these pants need a hem, those a button. This
skirt needs taking in, use this fabric for a diaper bag sort of list.


(Later--the pants that needed to have a seam resewn--taken out in
anticipation of alteration--have now been finished and moved to the
donations bag. I also got buttons sewn on a new shirt for me, just have
to add some sparly crystals.)

They've gone to using an ID card swipe on a computer for signing in. Our
ID cards didn't scan last time since we're not active students so we're
not "shopping" over there. Still checking for computers for Steve to
refurbish and making donations tho.
