Kinda what I was getting at... there are times for fat, and times when
fat is better combined... there are times when you'd have lots, and
times when you'd not need so much...  So there is some balance there,
more than initially obviously said... ;)

Quite a bit... but not your everyday occurrence, after all..  :)

Yup...  quite true...

Unless the insurance companies discount the results of the testing... or
only take from it what they want to hear... Sometimes there isn't much
sense to the system...

And perhaps, he doesn't do as well on his own...?  Maybe the time he
tried it was a bad day for both him and the restaurant, too...  ;)

Nice to have good options... and nice to know of places wholesome,
nearby and cheap...  :)   El Latino fits that bill for us...  :)

True... although there seems to be some need for some expansions and
rebuildings in other ways, so that could be part of the program, just
tucked in for good measure...

He can try taking over, but, if he's poor enough at it, they may gladly
put you back next year (or whenever you return)...  ;)   And you can
always ask another year... if you think of it then, of course... ;)
