Somedays all one can do isn't quite what was needed...  ;)  The flame
tamer that Michael mentioned, you mean...?  I figured as much...  :)

A home version of an appetizers dinner plate, just about...  ;)

Yesterday I did a veggie cleanout... had a box of mushrooms and a yellow
and a green squash that needed using sooner than later... sliced the
squash and dumped all three into a Corning pan... they ended up cooking
down enough that we finished it all.  The squashes were fairly small,
though... Had them with a package of Andouille sausage that was reduced
for quick sale at our Friday grocery trip...  Probably should have
sliced the sausage, too... and mixed it in, instead of just cooking atop
the veggies, but it was tasty enough the way it was... :)
