Especially if you're on a special diet. Food choices are much more
limited. In a smaller operation there's less call for the special diets
so probably much less rotation among options to choose from for the
meal.

A good chance it was a half day event, especially if you were in
kindergarten and brought a younger sibling.

We all went to the same K-12 school but I was the only one of my sibs
that didn't go to an off site classroom at any time. M'ville had several
over the years, just not when my class went thru.

He probably thought he had several moms & dads. There's 12.5 years
between Lisa's sons so the younger one (now 17) thought he had 3
parents. Our girls are 20 months, 2 weeks apart so Rachel was too young
to act like a mommy to her baby sister.
