Ticklish system there, perhaps...

Maybe as you reintroduce the starches you'll be able to build up a
tolerance again, unlike the lactose...

Hypochondria does mask some valid issues...  like the purported
tombstone.. "I told you I was ill"   Hopefully it won't backfire too
badly on him.  So is the leukemia in remission...?
