And it can be particularly hard sometimes to retrofit an older public
building...  they weren't always built with easy handicap access in
mind, either...

They were the fancy stoves of the day...  :)

You might find out sometime... but it's not all that important.  :)

Sounds like you should have marked the new one in some obvious way so as
to be able to identify it easily...  ;)

I suppose on the order of blunt children's scissors...?  Except that the
blades of such have to be sharp enough to cut or it isn't much use
either...  ;)

And the roasted one provides leftovers...  and the the smoked one,
