And mostly rye doesn't give you very much gluten so it won't rise very
high.

Understandable, especially at holiday times.

I know, and others probably would too. We made converts out of one
couple already.

Yes, but getting the time to work on it sometimes seems impossible. I've
got a big section of hand stitching to do, then about a day's worth of
machine work. Then he will have to come over to check the fit & decide
on button placement, another day or so (whenever, but before the end of
November) to do the buttons and buttonholes & last minute tweaking. The
second one will probably have to wait until we get moved however.
