I finally added a couple of eggs to the mix, and got a slightly less
dense bread with a bit more rise to it... Nice taste, too...  :)

Things don't always go as one thinks they will... especially at holiday
times...  but unless she's taking more than a week off, it's more likely
to be after than before...  and she might not go at Thanksgiving so as
to go for Christmas...  She was just down to celebrate her mom's
birthday last weekend...  :)
