The other day I cooked (nuked) up the last of a bag of frozen, mixed
veggies as we were about out of others. They may be good in soups and
suchlike but I'm going to try to keep as much fresh on hand as possible
from now on. Got some sppinach, kale, butternut squash, yellow squash,
bok choy and zuchinni yesterday at the farmer's market. Also got a
couple of empanadas for lunch. (G)

It was designed well enough, it was just its height and mine were
incompatable. (G)

Right now, planning sloppy joes, carrot & celery sticks and 7 layer
dessert made with almond or soy milk for the pudding part. It's going to
be next Sunday so I'll probably shop on Friday, cook on Saturday.

We escaped the snow that the western part of the state had but there's a
hard freeze warning out for tonight. Right now (8pm) it's 43 outside,
and dropping.
