For the appliances and cabinetry, yes... but what about the
house big enough to have the extra kitchen itself...?

Why not...?  There's at least one cookbook for any condition
or food category, seems like... I certainly have plenty of 
niche cookbooks in my collection... ;)

As long as eggs in general don't make him gag, and if
he gets desperate enough, that's just another option...

Not available where you are...?  Or, you don't like the
chocolate version...?  It's dark chocolate...  ;)  Of
course, I'm not using it on cereal, either..  ;)
