At one time that was similar to what I kept on hand, plus green beans.
The farmer's market has gotten me spoiled on having fresh veggies on

Sounds good; I've still the greens (and the butternut squash) from last
week, minus some of the bok choy. I may go over to the market tomorrow
to see what looks good for the coming week's cooking.

It's a pretty standard thing so I doubt there's too much difference in
height from the one we had years ago. But, I can keep looking.

Yes--it's graham crakers, pudding mixed with cool whip (one layer
chocolate, other layer vanilla), more crackers, 2nd layer pudding, then
a 3rd layer of crackers, cool whip and sprinkled with chocolate chips,
nuts or whatever. We sometimes do shaved dark chocolate. Steve is making
the puddings from scratch, using almond milk, to accomodate the child
with dairy issues. He will have just crackers and pudding, no cool whip.
Easy do and does look impressive.

And after a few months of white, you want to see green again. We're
going to get colder this week end, then warm up to the mid 60s by
Tuesday or so, only to plunge to the mid 40s by Thursday.
