My insurance will cover me at most hospitals in the US, and
I'll remember to renew my travel health policy before I go
abroad. I still prefer to be treated at my home base (the
hospital that owns my insurance company), so I don't see a
bill at all rather than having to fight for reimbursement.

I'm sure the models differ based on the location. Williamsport
has just renovated so all the rooms at least in the new part
are private and seems to think that it will not suffer loss of
revenue (how? no clue).

I checked alwaysrelated.com and found it to be a blank
site. Googling it found 4 entries, most related to its
registration information. Apparently it didn't make much
money for someone in Culver City, California.

For sure.

If TR only left the beans out if its recipe, its chili
would be close to my ideal. As you know, I like fat and
gristle almost as much as I like rare meat - and considerably
more than I generally like well-done meat.

Drinking also benefits the vendor in that 12 oz of
Coke costs much less than 12 oz of shrimp cocktail
while using as much if not more stomach space.

Mixed Chili Paste
cat: Southeast Asian, condiment, ingredient
yield: 1 batch

1 1/2 oz Shallots
6 cloves Garlic
4 oz Chilis, hot red
1/2 ts Salt  
1 1/2 oz Candlenuts
1 1/2 oz Galangal root
1 1/2 oz Ginger root
1 ts Turmeric  

Slice all items thin, chop fine, mix, and pound to a
paste in a large stone mortar or run until smooth in
a mini-prep food processor.
