You were already planning on the washer and dryer...?  The stove sounds
like a very nice addition... is there also a regular oven, or just the
convection...?  I'm sure you'll enjoy cooking with it.  :)

Weellllll...  Maybe just very near the peak...?  (G)  But, given all
that has already been done, I'd figure just past the peak, anyway...  ;)

And the kitchen has been in the process of being packed already, so it's
not like it's the whole job still looming... ;)   Do you have
"non-essentials" in the computer room that can be packed mid-process, or
is it all things that have to wait for the final move...?

That's still not an immediate move... :)  And unless you have someone
raring to be in the old place by then, you'll have some flex there,
still, too...  :)

So far it's been looking for parts locally, and then online... and doing
some creative adjustments to a part that was close to but not exactly a
replacement...  ;)  He's used the "spit and paper clips" type of repairs
on other things... like the electronic organ our church used to own...

If it was already uncrossable, the mind beginning to fade wouldn't
really make any difference... one foot or mile too far isn't any worse
really than one inch too far...  ;)

As one would be expecting, given his age...  And sometimes the acuity is
still there, but it just seems to be too much trouble to use it...

(That is "pantRy"? [g])  That'll definitely ease up storage... What used
to be a walk-in pantry in this house got turned into a downstairs
bathroom back in the 50s (along with other remodelings), convenient in
its own right, but there are times I wish it was a pantry still...  :)
