Just goes to show, you put an idea (or recipe) out, and we look at ways
to riff on it.

Yes, and I wrote him about 3 weeks ago, letting him know of our closing
date and asking if he thought we'd have to maybe postpone it. He wrote
back that as of then, he could see no reason not to but things could
change at any moment. Nothing changed enough for us to have to go up so
we closed on the date originally planned.
