Nice typo there... very appropriate for the echo...  (G)   It's just a
bigger mountain than you were expecting, I'd guess... and since it's all
on your own, it gets stretched out over a longer period of time...  :)

So the computer room will end being one of the final wrap-up rooms to be
finished off, since I'd guess you'd not want to move much of the
equipment until you are physically moving yourselves into the new house.
