I'm not a coffee drinker but Steve got into grinding his own some years
ago. I don't mind it as he cleans up afterward, and it got me a spice
grinder. (G)

Mine is more often the scheduling than anything else. If I'm tied up for
an extra hour before baking, it'll get another rising. If not, I'll
shape it, let it rise and bake it.

It might, or he could try the distance learning classes if he finds he
can't come up to WF.
