Dunno.  I'd been spelling it Lin... then I noticed that it was spelled
with the h on the health certificate posted at the front desk of the
restaurant... I didn't think she looked particularly Vietnamese, or
Laotian either, for that matter... more Chinese...

Yes, I know..  :)  In fact, I'd heard that Jewish people like to go for
Chinese food, specifically, on Christmas... ;)   Yet another ethnicity
we have too much in common with... (G)  For some years, we've had a
tradition of going to Seoul House for Christmas Eve supper after our
(usually 5pm) service... they were the only thing open one year when
Richard decided we might as well eat out on the way home..  :)  Back
when my family got together on Christmas Day, that was the order of the
day... but now that my siblings have preempted that to have their own
individual family celebrations, it leaves us at somewhat loose ends...
We'd made our individual one on Feast of Kings, to avoid the big one on
Christmas..  :)  We've often gone on Christmas Day to an open Chinese
buffet... going to Fu's for Japanese would be a step better, for sure. :)

Not that unlike what often happens here, with storms often tracking
through either Buffalo or Syracuse, and not always getting us much. :)

One would hope it would at least come close...  :)  And it was for a
special occasion, so that could count for something of a splurge... ;)
