Hi Nancy,

 RH> married, we had to do our wash at a laundromat. We'd get ice cream at

We were young enough and burned enough calories in day to day activities
that it was dessert. Besides, I don't think we got the 6 scoops more
than 3 or 4 times. One was to mark the completion of the classes I
needed to finish my BA, don't remember the other occaisions.

The meteorologist on the tv station we catch the news on is always
bringing up the meteorlogical seasons vs the usual solstices, hurricane
season, etc.

Good thing you got the groceries away. We've had a lot of outages around
us (and a lot of rain, localised flooding) but the lines are buried in
this neighborhood. That has helped keep our power more stable.

So in a generation or 2, we'll have a lot of people with no idea what
good nutrition is and how to eat to stay properly nourised. Not a good
idea at all.

But the 3rd one, and the flour in the veggie, was usually white or
unbleached, which we don't use.

And watching the carbs on it will make it do-able for me. Right now it's
just too hot for pasta anyway.
